We started like you--excited (and a little nervous) about buying our first short-term rental. Instead of handing over a big chunk of our profits to a property manager, we bet on ourselves. By leaning on smart technology, automation, and the right software, we doubled our revenue in the very first year--while spending less than two hours a week managing our property from states away.

Word got out, and soon other owners began calling, asking how we pulled it off if we could help them too. That's when we realized the gap: short-term rental owners were giving away too much of their profits to managers, when all they really needed was the right setup, the right tools, and the confidence to self-manage.

So, we went all in. We moved our family across the country to 30A, ready to help other owners like us get fully set up--smart locks, concierge services, and all--so they could maximize profits and manage their homes with easy, no matter where they live.
